This membership level is for individuals working at a large law firm (20+ attorneys) or in-house counsel who are licensed to practice law in any State, Territory, or District of the United States of America and who either reside or practice in the State of Illinois.
This membership level is for individuals working at a small law firm (up to 20 attorneys) and attorneys employed in a non-legal capacity who are licensed to practice law in any State, Territory, or District of the United States of America and who either reside or practice in the State of Illinois.
This membership level is for solo practitioners, and government and public Interest attorneys who are licensed to practice law in any State, Territory, or District of the United States of America and who either reside or practice in the State of Illinois.
A Supporting Member shall consist of any person who supports the purpose, mission, vision and values of the MBA and who does not qualify as a Regular or Law Student Member (e.g., paralegals, compliance professionals, legal operations specialists, foreign attorneys, attorneys who do not live or practice in Illinois, etc.). Except as otherwise specified, supporting Members in good standing are entitled to all the rights and privileges of the MBA except for the right to hold an elected position within the MBA.
A Law Student Member shall consist of any student who is in good standing at an accredited law school in the United States of America. Except as otherwise specified, Law Student Members in good standing are entitled to all the rights and privileges of the MBA except for the right to hold an elected position within the MBA.
This membership level is for attorneys transitioning between employment opportunities who are licensed to practice law in any State, Territory, or District of the United States of America and who either reside or practice in the State of Illinois.
