Inclusive Sponsorship: A Bold Vision to Advance Women of Color in the Law

Join us -- live or virtually -- for an important discussion on sponsorship and how we can amplify the careers of women of color in the law through active sponsorship and advocacy. Attendees will learn from Jhaymee Tynan, author of Inclusive Sponsorship: A Bold Vision to Advance Women of Color in the Workplace. Her thesis is that the lack of diverse representation in leadership roles is due to lack of active sponsorship for underrepresented groups.

Jhaymee is an award-winning strategist, culture leader, and wellness champion known for her values of empathy and kindness in the workplace. She currently serves as a Principal in the Healthcare Services Division at Korn Ferry. She will be interviewed by Tara Raghavan, President of SABA North America and Partner at Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP.

A prayer room will be available, and there will be a reception after the fireside chat where anyone fasting can break their fast.
